We manufacture professional hand protection using carefully selected Goatskin, Sheepskin, Cowhide, Synthetic Leather and other performance materials. Our product range includes Leather Work, Industrial, Welding, Mechanics, Driving, Assembly, Cut-Resistant, Impact-Resistant, Winter, Synthetic Leather and Canadian Gloves. Our manufacturing expertise allows us to develop and produce a wide range of professional gloves designed to meet different industrial, occupational and customer-specific requirements.

QUALITY & COMPLIANCE

Quality is integrated throughout our manufacturing process. ZB Grace Industries follows ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management and ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management. Our applicable CAT II gloves are manufactured and assessed according to relevant European requirements, including EN ISO 21420:2020, PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and EN 388:2016+A1:2018. Selected products are also available according to EN 407:2020 and EN 12477:2001+A1:2005 for Welding and EN 511:2006 for Cold Protection. For the USA and North American markets, we can develop products according to applicable ANSI/ISEA standards and customer-specific requirements. Our materials are selected according to applicable REACH requirements, with selected materials available with OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification.

Production Capacity

With a workforce of 500+ employees, including 300 stitching workers, supported by teams in cutting, TPR, silicone, screen printing, quality control, finishing, packing, maintenance, and production management, ZB Grace Industries operates 300+ sewing machines, 50+ hydraulic cutting presses, 3 TPR units, 3 silicone units, and 2 screen-printing units. This integrated setup enables us to produce approximately 2.2–2.5 million pairs annually, with the capacity to increase output to 3–3.5 million pairs annually by optimizing our existing resources.
